Strukton Immersion Projects has signed a contract for the immersion of foundations for the Ҫanakkale bridge in Turkey, the longest suspension bridge in the world.
Five concrete foundations were moved from a dry dock in Newcastle to the seabed around 6 km off the coast of Blyth, UK.

This week OTN has installed their diving equipment on the quay side of the Quay Rainier III in Monaco. In the coming period a 84 m2 underwater concrete layer will be removed by the divers as preparation for the installation of the Inflatable Barrier.

The first caisson of the Venetian storm-surge barrier was immersed successfully on Saturday, 7 June 2014, in the Adriatic Sea near Venice. The next of the eight elements will follow on Friday 20 June.
